Suum is an online marketplace that connects customers with multiple independent sellers.
We provide the platform, payment processing, delivery coordination, and customer support.

When you place an order:

You purchase from a seller through Suum

Suum handles delivery and customer service

Sellers are responsible for product information and authenticity

2. User Accounts

To order from Suum, users must create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, updated information

Keep your login details secure

Be responsible for all activity under your account

Not misuse, hack, or harm the platform

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms.

3. Ordering on Suum

When placing an order, you confirm that:

You have reviewed the product description

Prices and stock availability may vary

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing starts

Suum reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

Fraud

Incorrect information

Out-of-stock items

Technical errors

If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Refunds or returns are only accepted in these two cases:

5.1 The item arrived broken or damaged

Customer must provide clear photos or proof.

5.2 Suum failed to deliver within the promised delivery time

If delivery exceeds our guaranteed time without customer-caused delay, a refund may be issued.

No other reasons qualify for refunds or returns.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds take up to 14 days to process.

Refund Methods

Original payment method, or

Suum Wallet (faster and available instantly after approval)

Wallet balance can be used for future purchases and is not withdrawable as cash.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

Customer changed their mind

Customer ordered the wrong product

Customer doesn’t like the product after receiving it

Courier delays caused by weather, holidays, traffic, or external factors

Items damaged due to customer misuse

7. Suum Wallet

The Suum Wallet allows customers to store refund credit and use it for future purchases.

Wallet balance:

Cannot be withdrawn

Cannot be transferred to another user

Must only be spent within the Suum platform

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not:

Use fake accounts

Abuse the refund system

Harass sellers or staff

Post false claims

Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

9. Payments & Security

All payments are secured and encrypted.
Suum does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

10. Limitation of Liability

Suum is not responsible for:

Product defects caused by the seller

Delays caused by courier partners

Customer misuse of products

Losses caused by incorrect user information

We always aim to assist customers and resolve issues professionally.

11. Intellectual Property

All content created by Suum—including logos, designs, interface, text, and images—is owned by Suum and protected by law.
Users may not copy or reuse Suum content without permission.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
