You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after checkout. If you didn’t receive it, please contact us and we’ll update you right away.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel or update it for you.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders can be canceled for a few reasons:

  • Payment was not completed or failed verification

  • The item became out of stock

  • Shipping information was incomplete or incorrect

  • The order did not meet our security or policy requirements

Whenever an order is canceled, we send a notification explaining why, and any payments made will be refunded according to our policy.

If your order meets the free-shipping requirements, you will see “Free Shipping” displayed in your cart or during checkout.

Selling with Suum is simple:

  1. Create a seller account on the Suum platform.

  2. Add your store details and complete the verification.

  3. Upload your products with photos, prices, and descriptions.
