Keep your login details secure<\/p>

Be responsible for all activity under your account<\/p>

5.2 Suum failed to deliver within the promised delivery time<\/p>

If delivery exceeds our guaranteed time without customer-caused delay, a refund may be issued.<\/p>

No other reasons qualify for refunds or returns.<\/p>

Suum Wallet (faster and available instantly after approval)<\/p>

Wallet balance can be used for future purchases and is not withdrawable as cash.<\/p>

6. Non-Refundable Cases<\/h4>

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:<\/p>

Customer changed their mind<\/p>

Customer ordered the wrong product<\/p>

Customer doesn\u2019t like the product after receiving it<\/p>

Courier delays caused by weather, holidays, traffic, or external factors<\/p>

Items damaged due to customer misuse<\/p>

7. Suum Wallet<\/h4>

The Suum Wallet allows customers to store refund credit and use it for future purchases.<\/p>

Wallet balance:<\/p>

Cannot be withdrawn<\/p>

Cannot be transferred to another user<\/p>

Must only be spent within the Suum platform<\/p>

8. Prohibited Activities<\/h4>

Customers may not:<\/p>

Use fake accounts<\/p>

Abuse the refund system<\/p>

Harass sellers or staff<\/p>

Post false claims<\/p>

Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform<\/p>

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.<\/p>

9. Payments & Security<\/h4>

All payments are secured and encrypted.
Suum does not store or have access to your full credit card details.<\/p>

10. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>

Suum is not responsible for:<\/p>

Product defects caused by the seller<\/p>

Delays caused by courier partners<\/p>

Customer misuse of products<\/p>

Losses caused by incorrect user information<\/p>

We always aim to assist customers and resolve issues professionally.<\/p>

11. Intellectual Property<\/h4>

All content created by Suum\u2014including logos, designs, interface, text, and images\u2014is owned by Suum and protected by law.
Users may not copy or reuse Suum content without permission.<\/p>
