Refund & Return Policy \u2013 Suum<\/strong><\/h4>\n

At Suum, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when refunds or returns are allowed and how they are processed.<\/p>\n

1. When Refunds or Returns Are Accepted<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Refunds or returns are only<\/strong> accepted in the following two situations:<\/p>\n

1.1 The Item Arrived Broken or Damaged<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If the customer receives an item that is broken, damaged, or not functioning as expected, they may request a refund or a replacement.<\/p>\n

1.2 Order Was Not Delivered Within the Promised Time<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If Suum fails to deliver the order within the promised delivery time, the customer is eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n

No other reasons qualify for a refund or return.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. How to Request a Refund<\/strong><\/h5>\n

To request a refund, customers must contact Suum support and provide:<\/p>\n

    Order number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Photos or proof (if the item is broken)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A brief explanation of the issue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Only requests that meet the two approved conditions above will be accepted.<\/p>\n

    3. Refund Processing Time<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Once the refund request is approved, the processing may take up to 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    4. Refund Methods<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Approved refunds can be issued in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n

    4.1 Refund to Original Payment Method<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    The refund amount can be returned to the same payment method used during purchase.<\/p>\n

    4.2 Refund to Suum Wallet<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Customers may choose to receive the refund amount in their Suum Wallet<\/strong>.
    Wallet refunds are processed faster and become available immediately after approval.<\/p>\n

    5. Non-Refundable Cases<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Refunds or returns will not<\/strong> be accepted if:<\/p>\n

      The customer changed their mind<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The customer ordered the wrong item<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The customer does not like the product after receiving it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Delivery is delayed due to courier issues outside Suum\u2019s control<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
