Refund and Exchange Policy.


Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders unless the item is damaged, broken, or if you received an incorrect item by mistake. In such cases, you can submit a refund or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order.


To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team with relevant details (e.g., photos of the damaged item, incorrect item received, etc.). or Go to menu & Submit a ticket.


Refund Process: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-14 days days after your request has been approved.

Exchanges: 

Go to the menu, Click on submit a ticket, add the details, such as: Your name, email, order number, upload the image and submit. Suum will get back to you within 24 Hours to solve the issue.


Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for damaged, broken, or incorrectly sent items.
